2. The Roster Is Enormous!
The Star Wars franchise has built a vast roster of memorable characters, and by the looks of it, The Skywalker Saga is going to discount none of them.
According to developers, the game has nearly 500 characters to play as/with. For comparison, The Complete Saga had 160 characters, The Clone Wars had 115 and The Force Awakens had 200+. That is absolute madness!
The obvious characters have been confirmed in screenshots, trailers and the official box art, and there will also be multiple background characters to play as, including one that's been mentioned by name: Yaddle!
With the confirmation of the Razor Crest being playable it's likely we'll see some expanded universe characters as well, most likely from Rogue One, Solo, The Clone Wars and The Mandalorian, though being the wishful thinker I am, I'll be hoping for Knights of the Old Republic to make an appearance. We need HK-47 to face off against IG-11!
