6. Allow The Player To Join The Wrong Team
Joining the right team at the day of the NFL Draft is every player's dream. It's really hard to asses how Tom Brady, Matt Ryan or Russell Wilson would've fared in the league, had they joined teams that wouldn't appreciate their talents and force them to play a style that they were just not made to play.
Forcing Ryan to be a scrambler and Wilson to be a pocket passer would probably cost them their stellar NFL careers.
However, most quarterbacks aren't that lucky. Instead of joining a team that's willing to adapt its style to its quarterback, you could also be drafted by a coach who has no idea what he's doing or a team that just surrounds you might mediocre talent.
The receivers fail to catch your passes and the offensive line allows the defense to force you out of the pocket. While frustrating, if the commentators, fans and other players could appreciate you for handling such situations, this could get you a contract with a better team in the near future.
