1. Build Up A Ton Of Extra Cash

This sort of thing tends to get patched out in time, but for now, thanks to Gamerant, one 'bug' has been found in regards to killing a certain set of enemies over and over.

Sans spoilers, once you get to a particular mission with Donovan and the overtaking of his Downtown district, you'll receive the option for a 'Blackmail' objective. If you then bring up your map, it will be peppered with red blips which are 'Bagmen'; vehicles containing lots of cash and only two people to take out.

Either ram them off the road or wait for them to stop and take out the targets within, and you'll be rewarded with instant cash.

It's said that you can repeat this method over and over before carrying on - just make sure to bank your earnings using Vito's associate in case anything goes sour.
