There's actually a Trophy/Achievement connected to holding a car's speed at 120mph or above for 20 seconds straight, but chances are you won't come anywhere near close without seeking out the 'De'Leo Stiletto' muscle car.

Check the video above for a little more help in locating it, but basically, you want to head to Frisco Fields in the north-west corner of the map and wait for it to spawn.
