Marvel's Avengers: 10 Iconic Iron Man Armours That NEED To Be Included
1. MK I: The Prototype
Crystal Dynamics made a point of stressing the game will feature new and classic designs when it comes to the outfits on offer. So, the addition of the original armour seems almost inevitable.
After stumbling across an explosive trap, Tony was left with various shrapnel that was slowly making way to his heart. He is captured and forced to build a new weapon for his captor, with the promise of life saving surgery if he complies. While captive, his fellow prisoner creates a chest plate that will keep the shrapnel at bay, until he can escape and get medical help.
Stark partners up with Professor Yinsen to build a full suit of armour - powered by the chest plate - to escape. By today's standards, the suit is as basic as could be. The chunky, clunky rust bucket could just about fly, allowing him to avoid be caught.
Made
from various scraps they were able to steal from the other projects, it
was hardly going to look fantastic. However, it's a raw, powerful icon
to look back on and undoubtedly deserves top billing for the game's
must-have list.
