Mirror's Edge Catalyst: 10 Reasons It's A Huge Disappointment

4. Side Missions Are Repetitive

The game has a ton of side missions to work through, though they're mostly just padding and revolve largely around getting from A-to-B within an allotted time.

They're fun every now and then and can help break up the monotony of the campaign a little, but little effort has been put into making them diverse. Plus, they may only make you feel even more exhausted with the open-world elements of the game.

In short, unless you're already in love with Mirror's Edge: Catalyst, you'll fall out of favour with the side content pretty fast, because it's ultimately not much more than boring busywork.

Sure, it'll make the game longer, but who wants more mediocrity merely for the sake of it?
