Mortal Kombat 11: Every PLAYABLE Character Confirmed So Far

Geras was one of two new characters revealed for Mortal Kombat 11, and he appears to be the henchman of the new big bad villain of the series. Geras is actually a character from Greek mythology, and his role was the God of Old Age, which seems to play into the plot and his abilities.

Geras' look is immediately impressive, with his smoking blue eyes, black and gold attire, and hulking frame. Plus, Geras is one of very few black characters in the entire Mortal Kombat series, and that's something to be celebrated.

As for his abilities in the fisticuff department, Geras looks incredible. His main power appears to be the ability to manipulate time, and sand - which is representative of an hour glass. Geras can freeze his enemies in mid-air, then smash them with a giant fist made of sand. He can also teleport, create sand clones, and punch an enemy's brain out their head.
