NBA 2K15: 10 Things You Need To Know

6. Michael Jordan's Presence And The Ability To Match Older Teams Against Current Teams

Michael Jordan is the best player in the history of basketball. He's also the most famous NBA player ever. When he became a part of the game a few years ago it was huge news because it took a while for them to come to an agreement. When you're as rich and powerful as him, you can do that sort of thin. He must have realized that fans wanted to test his skills against the stars of today, so it's great that he's in there. Along with several of Jordan's great teams with the Chicago Bulls, there are other classic NBA teams in the game. You can use the classic Celtics team from the 1960s, the early 1970s Lakers team that won a record 33 games in a row, the Lakers or Celtics from the 1980s, the "Bad Boy" Pistons from the early 90s along with the Rockets of the mid-90s that won two rings when Jordan was busy playing baseball. One of the coolest features of the game is the ability to create tournaments or play seasons utilizing these teams from the past. You can also mix in some of the current teams as well so if you want to match up the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls with the 2013-14 NBA Champion San Antonio Spurs you can do that and see who the better team is. If you're wondering, Jordan's rating in the game is 99 overall. LeBron James is at 98 while Kevin Durant is at 95. It's not an accident that Jordan is one point higher than James. He's the best player ever. That's where he should be.
