1. Carmelo Anthony - 88
Carmelo is coming off a season that saw his field goal percentage and rebounding averages plummet, yet still finds himself the third best small forward in the game (behind the rightly unshakeable duo of LeBron James and Kevin Durant). 'Melo is having a nightmare stint in New York, unable to pull the Knicks out of their current mire, and although he remains one of the most naturally gifted offensive talents in the NBA, his rating must surely suffer a hit due to the simple fact that he loses a hell of a lot of games. Anthony is the most overrated player in the entire game, and perhaps one of the most overrated players in the real-life NBA too. Were a fellow superstar such as LeBron James or Steph Curry with the Knicks, they'd do their utmost to drag a substandard team to the playoffs, year after year. Carmelo is unable to prevent the Knicks tanking, perhaps finally proving that he isn't the same caliber as many of the game's top names. The tools are all there, but the end product certainly isn't.
