1. Steph Curry - 93
There could only have ever been one. Not placing 2014/15 MVP Steph Curry at the top of the pile would have been a travesty, and 2K have not only reflected his dominance by making him the best point guard in the game, but also by giving him a sizeable three-point gap over his nearest rival. It's hard to argue with this, given Curry's astounding year. The stats alone are mightily impressive: 23.8 points per game in the regular season (upped to 28.3 in the Playoffs), alongside 4.3 rebounds, 7.7 assists, and a career-high 2.0 steals. But number aside, just by watching Curry, it's easy to tell why he was regarded as 2014/15's best player. His ludicrously quick jump-shot release could become the defining sight of NBA 2K16, and any gamer coming up against the Golden State Warriors is sure to have their hands full attempting to merely contain the Ohio native. Ultimately, it's hard to disagree with 2K's assessment. Not only is Curry so clearly the NBA's best point guard, his dominance is evident by a considerable margin. Contemporaries such as Chris Paul, Russell Westbrook and Kyrie Irving make this one of the most exciting point guard crops in recent memory, but Steph remains the clear frontrunner for the foreseeable future.
