The need for a reliable shooting guard is the only one that the Pacers have to address and one way to do it is by getting the great shooter (B/A-/A-) and perimeter defender (A-) from the Celtics. That move doesn't come cost-free though, as Teague is your starting point guard.
However, you can move Monta Ellis to the point guard position, and with Aaron Brooks on the roster, you can switch between the two. Paul George can be your playmaker anyway and he'll definitely benefit from having someone as good as Bradley to pass the ball to.
