Why it makes sense:
There are two ways to improve the Heat. One is to cheat the system by signing Chris Bosh, who the Heat have just released. You can give him a shot and hope that his real-life health issues won't reappear in the game- the team is in desperate need of a starting power forward.
That's where Morris comes in. Even though this might not be his natural position anymore, after the move to power forward he's rated at 74, which still makes him good enough to start.
Also, his B-rated shooting makes him the best scoring big man on the team. Rozier immediately becomes the back-up point guard, hence fills a spot which the team lacks as well.
