7. New Super Smash Bros.

Super Smash Bros. is the ultimate multiplayer game for Nintendo fans, pitting all of the finest fighters from around their range of games against each other in an riot of fun. It's a tremendous game, but the potential needs to be expanded upon. There are positives and negatives in keeping the same formula. On one hand, the game has kept the simplicity that made it popular in the first place and that's crucial, but rather than Nintendo throwing in gimmicky weapons and pointlessly fancy background effects, how about giving us a lag-free, smooth online multiplayer? It could be fantastic fun to build an online reputation, rank up and fight to the top of leaderboards on the game. Nintendo needs some serious thought ploughed into their network ideas if they are to stand a chance of emulating Xbox Live or PSN.
