PES 2015: 15 Players Who Will Definitely Be Highest Rated

8. Thomas MĂșller - 90

Thomas Muller is consistent, mercurial, experienced and intelligent yet still remains one of the most underrated players in the world which is in equal part frustrating as it is puzzling. This is especially true since not only is he the most prolific attacking midfielder in football at the moment with a breathtaking goal scoring record, he also creates chances from nothing - the true mark of a world class player. His haul of medals speaks volumes with Muller securing yet another Bundesliga title in the previous season as well as the Uefa Super Cup, Club World Cup and DFB-Pokal with Muller hitting 26 goals throughout the campaign and also chipping in with 15 assists. But it's his incredible national team form, primarily the World Cup that has propelled him into the same category as football's greats. Muller scored five goals in Brazil as Germany won the trophy including a hat trick in the opening game against Portugal and the opener in the destruction of Brazil. Few would have argued if Muller had been crowned the player of the tournament, having previously won the Best Young Player award in 2010 but regardless, a more enduring legacy awaits the 24 year old German. With 10 goals in the competition so far, Muller looks odds on to break the all time scoring record. The lowest rated player on this list in PES 2014, Muller could possibly even be higher than where he sits here but one thing is for sure - he's proven himself on the biggest stage at the biggest level.
