2. Sex Offenders Facility Is A Pokestop
Dan De Vaul operates a clean living rehab facility in Central Calfornia for alcoholics, drug addicts, the mentally ill and sex offenders, and was dismayed when a reporter from news channel KSBY turned up at his ranch to inquire about the facility appearing as one of the Pokestops in the game.
De Vaul, who previously had not even heard of Pokemon, was dismayed at the entire concept, and naturally expressed concern that children may show up at the facility, which really isn't in anyone's best interest.
At the same time, however, De Vaul has said that he cannot close the gates to his facility as it would siphon away money from some of his other businesses that operate within the same area.
