Ranking 2019's Biggest Video Games By Hype
15. Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled
Release Date: June 21
Crash Team Racing finally gets its long-expected remake following the success of Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, and from the little we've seen so far, it looks freaking awesome.
Releasing just a few months before the 20th anniversary of the cult classic kart racer, now both long-time fans and newbies alike get to experience a game that has too-readily been dismissed over the years as a Mario Kart knock-off.
If remake developers Beenox can translate the original's slickly addictive driving mechanics and winning personality to current-gen tech, then there's likely to be few better multiplayer games released in 2019.
Better still, it's releasing for the lower price point that the N. Sane Trilogy did two years ago (about $40/£35).
The Bandicoot is back (again). What a time to be alive.
