With all of these new features being added to RDO, the final thing for us to consider is how the Frontier Pursuits update is going to impact the overall gameplay experience. Smaller studios may have abandoned the online aspect of Red Dead Redemption 2, after its poor reception early on. Thankfully, Rockstar still seem to be passionate about making it a success.

The inclusion of new quest lines to pursue will silence those complaining that there’s nothing to do, whilst attracting new players with a more fulfilling service than before. The new abilities and gear will help diversify character builds and create new goals for players to work toward.

All of the additional tweaks mentioned at the beginning of this article will smooth out gameplay, offering a more user-friendly experience. Smaller perks such as appearance editing and being able to name custom outfits will be welcomed by those who like to make regular changes to their avatar. Loot being worth more is an obvious benefit to everyone playing.
