Red Dead Redemption 2: 10 Things You Must Do First
6. Loot. Everyone.
The prologue sequence makes a solid effort of drilling into your brain the importance of looting every corpse you find, and while it's frustrating that the looting animation is so damn long - meaning it can take several minutes to loot dozens of corpses - it's ultimately worth every second.
Becoming a loot hoover for both dead bodies and any building you find yourself within is an easy way to make the earlier stages of the game easier, as you'll quickly find yourself stocked up with money, weapons and other assorted junk you can sell off.
It's one of those skills that's worth practising early on so it becomes a force of habit, because otherwise, trying to make yourself to do it later on can feel like a bit of a chore (and that's from personal experience).
