Red Dead Redemption 2: 10 Unsolved Mysteries That Will Freak You Out
3. The Vampire Of Saint Denis
Saint Denis seems like one of the more peaceful towns in the game, but did you know there’s actually a vampire lurking in the streets at night?
At several spots around the city, you can find chalk scrawlings which reference Nosferatu and the idea of feasting on flesh and blood. They’re very sinister, almost as if the creature is bragging about their kills, using the walls of the city as a diary.
Speaking of diaries, Arthur will scribble each note in his own journal, and only once he’s collected the vampire’s five notes will he know where to look for the creature: right next to the cathedral, which seems ironic.
Once Arthur heads here between midnight and one, he’ll find the vampire down an alleyway, draining a fresh kill. Once you get closer, he’ll spring out at you with a knife, and one slash is all it’ll take to put you down.
If you draw fast enough though, you can kill him, and free Saint Denis of the blood sucking menace once and for all. Why he’s even there in the first place though is anybody’s guess.
