1. Nobody Knows What The Hell The Dummy Finger Is For
Although all of the items found in the Resident Evil demo can be used in one way or another (even the axe can be used to cause some pointless mayhem), fans across the globe are still baffled by the dummy finger.
While it seemingly doesn't have a purpose within the game, it has been reported that there is in fact a reason for the item to be there, yet attempts by players to find out what that reason is have resulted in nothing but frustration and failed attempts.
And although the broken bottom of the finger is shaped like the end of a key, no such door or cabinet has so far been found that matches it. The other entries on this list have been more or less figured out, yet the dummy finger perhaps holds the game's biggest mystery to date - and you could be the first person to figure out what that is.
