5. Mother Miranda

The ringleader of all the four Lords and ruler over the titular Village, she is seemingly the genesis of much of the evil within this franchise.

Mother Miranda is also shrouded in mystery up until the final hours of Village. After losing her daughter, Ava around one hundred years ago to the Spanish Flu, Miranda has made it her mission in life to bring back her from the dead.

This only being made possible thanks to her interactions with the Megamycete and the creation of the Cadou parasite. After decades of attempts, she turns everyone in the surrounding area into either a Lycan or something worse. Creating the four Lords and the E-Type Mold with The Connections along the way, which leads to the Bakers, Mia and Ethan being dragged into everything.

How To Beat:

At first, it seems like Miranda is invincible thanks to her connection with the Mold. But it takes another so well adapted to it to finally take her down.

One thing to watch out for is the energy balls she casts at random, only by quickly counter-attacking her will they be cancelled out. The fight with Miranda goes full-on anime towards the end and the only real weak spot she has is her head, but as the fight intensifies, she moves more erratically and this becomes more of a challenge.
