6. Dragon Bridge

The small village of Dragon Bridge is named for the very particular formation that stands at its entrance. The bridge that leads you in features ornate boundaries that resemble the spiny arch of a dragon's back while the midpoint of the bridge is topped by an arch bearing a dragon skull.

It's this bridge that is the most worthwhile viewpoint in the area. This kind of feature is what sets Skyrim apart as a region. As the apparent home of the dragons (at least as far as the games are concerned so far), this kind architecture is a quintessential part of what makes Skyrim so exciting.

It looks better than ever in the remaster; if you weren't paying attention you could perhaps even be startled by the imposing skull bearing down upon you as you idly cross into the village.

Just make sure you don't accidentally hack some villagers to pieces if it does catch you off guard...
