Why They'd be Perfect: Look, I know there'll be people out there that will demand that the Guardians of The Galaxy get their own blockbuster game, but a smaller-scale platformer with loads of personality could actually be the perfect translation for the odd-ball franchise.

Because each of the Guardians are so unique that they pose a difficult problem when it comes to implementing them in a video game: either you give them all a similar fighting style and risk losing the uniqueness that's so inherent to the team, or you try to give each one distinct abilities and risk creating a game that doesn't quite mesh together.

So instead of a straight-up action blockbuster, a more accessible title that focuses on the charm of the characters could be a better move. This way you could keep the individuality and creativity of the universe without ever sacrificing the ambition or robustness of the gameplay.
