Why They'd Be Perfect: While Marvel's interest in moving its biggest properties over to the video game realm will mean that the big hitters like Spider-Man and the X-Men are going to get their extravagant and colourful releases, it's actually the more unassuming heroes that could translate over to the gaming world more naturally.

For instance, an espionage-based Black Widow shooter from the guys who created the Syphon Filter series and the upcoming Days Gone could be the Marvel game that we've truly been waiting for.

Forget flying around an open world city or spinning webs around spandex-clad goons, a gritty and focused Black Widow tale (with a little bit of Hawkeye thrown in for good measure) would be the perfect way to prove that superhero games can be more diverse and interesting than just men in tights punching each other.
