Splinter Cell The Animated Series: 10 Things It Must Include

Whether we see an extended story-arc to understand how Lambert came to be in the position he's in with the NSA - if indeed he is in the show and works as the head of Third Echelon of course - or we simply have minor flashbacks, gaining a further insight into what makes Lambert who he is would be fascinating.

Dry in humour, loyal, charming and driven, Lambert rapidly became a favourite with fans of the games, but other than the occasional hint or loose exploration in Double Agent there are a whole host of questions we have about him as a man. While the books offer some answers, learning the experiences Lambert has had on his route to the NSA would be engrossing.

Double Agent showcased how loyal to the job Lambert is, which means we need to see where that loyalty comes from. His motivations and ideals should be further explored.

Of course the show should be centred around the character of Sam Fisher, but as with any series it's important for audiences to learn the motivations and perspective of the surrounding characters.
