Star Wars Battlefront: 10 Burning Questions EA Need To Answer

5. How Do The Big Characters Fit In?

If you weren't quite sure what you were watching at the beginning of the game engine trailer, you'll have sharpish realised when the iconic breathing started off screen. Having brought down their Imperial adversaries, the rebel group then turn around to be confronted by none other than Lord Vader himself. Unlucky, lads. There was also a blink-and-you'll-miss-it appearance from Boba Fett, as well as a sweeping flyby for the Millennium Falcon, all of which tells us that some of the franchise's biggest names and faces (well, helmets) will be in the game somewhere. But how? Battlefront II made them a combination of an art form and a balance-ruiner, with the introduction of a lightsaber wielding player half way through a battle usually settling the contest there and then. However they're another element that could be majestic if done corrrectly, and the balance between using them as playable killstreak rewards or NPCs will be really interesting to see.
