4. Why Is There No Single Player Campaign?
The short answer to this is obviously just "because there isn't, ok? Jesus it's 2015 now mate, stop mourning for some sort of golden age of FPS offline campaigns that never even existed anyway, yeah? You've not even got any real friends so you're much better off playing against some 12 years olds in Pennsylvania". Valid points, all of them, but this is Star Wars. The whole clusterwookie of the expanded universe in the wake of the Disney takeover means that there's not quite as much license to play around with the canon, but there are so many documented skirmishes in and around those in the film that surely something could have been done. Plus, with the release of the game coming so close to the release of the film then the possibility of a tie might he a huge commercial opportunity missed by both parties. Not that the film's going to need an extra push or anything.
