Street Fighter V: 15 Huge Roster Omissions That Must Return
12. Balrog
One part of M. Bison's dubious trio of henchman, Balrog's presence in any Street Fighter game is usually assured - but not this time. Just one of Bison's three underlings - Vega - has returned for Street Fighter V so far, but the steroid-addled boxer is nowhere to be seen. With the equally noticeable absence too of Dudley, it means Street Fighter V currently has nobody to represent the boxing scene, and that's just sheer insanity. Fists are just as important as feet, Sonic Booms and fiery Shoryukens in Balrog's world, and we need someone to don the red gloves and put the pressure on those pansy projectile users. The V-Skill and Trigger mechanics lovingly crafted for next year's iteration of the iconic beat 'em up could do wonders for Balrog, too. A V-Skill that enabled him to slip past projectiles if timed right would do wonders for his rush-down game, which felt a bit weak in Street Fighter IV. His V-Trigger? Well it would have to be Raging Buffalo, of course.
