4. The Guardians Fight Thanos (And It's Awesome)

The game's first episode revolves around the Guardians getting a call to take down Thanos, leading to a genuinely brilliant fight scene early on, the fallout from which the team then spends the rest of the episode dealing with.

It's undeniably strange to see the Guardians fighting Thanos so early in the series (especially compared to the MCU's long, drawn-out path to him), but the battle is an electrifying extended QTE sequence that allows each of the team to strut their stuff against the Mad Titan.

This fight is easily the best scene in the game, and at least suggests that future action sequences could be as epic and spectacular, if not more so.
