The Witcher Characters: Books Vs. Games Vs. Netflix Show
6. Jaskier/Dandelion
CDPR's Dandelion seems to be the Witcher universe's equivalent of Keanu Reeves or Paul Rudd, him being a charismatic, entertaining individual that doesn't seem to age. I say this because Dandelion should be well past his twenties during the games, yet he looks as though he could still pass for a student of Oxenfurt academy.
Anyway, aside from Dandelion's facial hair in the game, the only proper difference is once again the clothing.
Jaskier's outfits in the show lack the same almost fluorescant colours of his digital counterpart and, with the absence of any hat, the Netflix show veers away from the books - in which the bard is introduced as wearing a "lilac jerkin with lace cuffs" and an "askew" "hat".
