The Witcher Characters: Books Vs. Games Vs. Netflix Show
5. Mousesack/Ermion
Again, as CDPR's games are set many years after the events of the books so the game's Mousesack is a little more aged. The difference in clothing comes down to the character having long been away from any royal courts and instead finding himself back on the isles of Skellige.
As for the book's Mousesack, he is described as a part of the congregation of islanders visiting Queen Calanthe, so "in shiny leather doublets trimmed with seal fur and belted with chequered woollen sahes" and then more specifically a few pages later as having a "penetrating black gaze".
The choice of Adam Levy to play the character in the Netflix series certainly paid off in terms of nailing that last element.
