6. BT Is An Awesome Mascot For The Series
Pre-release, there was a lot of concern that Respawn were going to try too hard to "humanise" the player character's Titan BT-7274, but it's thankfully turned out that BT is in fact one of the game's most charming and entertaining assets.
BT joins the player at the beginning of the campaign after his previous pilot is killed, and a lot of what makes the single-player so much fun is the hilarious banter between pilot and Titan. BT has the usual literal mannerisms of robots who struggle to comprehend human behaviours, but a genuine bond between the two grows over the course of the game, which given its short length feels impressively organic rather than contrived as many expected.
He's simply a great mascot for the game, and if Respawn don't exploit this idea for any future sequels (if they in fact happen), they'd be throwing money away.
