Hulk Hogan exists in that special space above even the usual limits of the wrestling legend and he has been a massive fan favourite since almost the first days of his career, which alone is enough for him to feature on this list. However, the Hulkster was part of WWF and WCW history, starring as his Hollywood Hogan character and featuring as part of the infamous group N.W.O. during the Monday Night Wars, and if this era was to be the focus of the game mode in WWE 2K15, then he would feature prominently and as such, would be worthy of being the cover star. Whilst his move set and range is limited, Hogan is undeniably popular, and The Hall of Famer is also starring as the guest host of Wrestlemania 30, which is likely to give his profile even more of a lift. You suspect that this is the start of a small push or a series of small appearances within the company, so 2K Games could use his surge in popularity to help promote the game.
