Wrestling games have precedent for multi-star covers (see the Smackdown Vs. Raw computer games) and if the touted Monday Night Wars feature is included in the game, then there could be a collection of both WWE and WCW stars on the cover. It's something of a no-brainer, as the best stars from both companies would draw in wrestling fans the world over; who wouldn't want to see the likes of Kevin Nash, Bill Goldberg and Rick Flair alongside The Rock, The Undertaker and company? One issue 2K Games would have to deal with if they went down this option is ensuring that nobody's nose are pushed out of joint by having a legend more prominent than a current super star (one of CM Punk's grievances with the company before he left). Too many faces could limit the effectiveness of the cover but the games company could feature a selection of stars arranged around in a diamond, with the logo taking centre stage in the middle (see the Wrestlemania 25 DVD cover as inspiration). Disregarding the issues of cover dominance, having a whole collection of stars, each with their own pulling power, could be the route the two companies go down to bring in fans. But then they may choose instead to hang their profile on one individual who meant an incredible amount to the Monday Night Wars.
