The rivalry between Diamond Dallas Page and Sting was one of the last decent feuds to happen in WCW, before the ship finally sunk. Time after time, the duo put on a hard fought contest regardless of who held the title, the stipulation or the booking. While it may not immediately resonate to some compared to the pairing of Sting and Ric Flair, or Sting and Hogan, their rivalry was entertaining, albeit brief. Diamond Dallas Page appeared as DLC in WWE '13 in regards to the Attitude Era theme, but a retro version reflecting his look in WCW circa 1998 has never appeared, which would be ideal as an entry in WWE 2K15 as an opponent to Sting. DDP is also a fairly feasible inclusion of terms of both availability and prior content. While DDP may not be the biggest challenge that Sting ever faced in WCW, the two men consistently fought a good fight and ultimately the feud never had a climax, what better stage to finish it on than WWE 2K15.
