WWE 2K16: 10 Crippling Gameplay Issues That Must Be Fixed

8. Fix The Run-In Cutscene Brawls

It's always been a bit of a weird rule the WWE play fast and loose with in real life - the whole 'when does the match really start?' thing - but considering 2K16 lets you run in on other wrestlers or interrupt their entrances, a heads up on how long you can brawl outside the ring before being counted out would be nice. As it stands - and especially in MyCareer when you're first embroiled in a feud with Tyler Breeze - there are a number of times where the game is scripted to make you lose. That stuff is fine, as again it factors into the story, but what then sticks out is if you manually get involved with someone else making their way to the ring, after an undetermined amount of time the ref will step in and call the whole thing off. If there's a setting or rule I'm missing then shout it out in the comments, but so far my experience of enjoying fighting my rival on the ramp has been severely scuppered by doing a little "I'm late for my tea!"-style trot back to the ring. How to fix it: Throw up a prompt when you first do one of these, mentioning the rules around what you're allowed to do and for how long.
