WWE 2K17: 10 Entrances They Must Get Right

8. Cesaro

The Swiss Superman still has one of the worst theme songs in modern WWE history, but Cesaro’s new James Bond-themed ring entrance has added a new layer to his suave character. Striding out through a 007-esque bullet sight, Cesaro turns to face the crowd at the top of the ramp, then pulls-off his tear-away suit and heads down to the ring, often hopping into the Cesaro Section for a brief pose at ringside.

How much of this will 2K Sports be able to recreate in-game? They often make compromises with wrestlers who enter the stage from an unorthodox angle, and with Cesaro approaching from the right hand side, there’s a strong chance the same will happen here. Having Cesaro enter from the standard wrestler’s entrance would completely nullify his walkout’s first step, however, so here’s hoping they don’t go down that route.

From there, the suit and shades should be relatively easily to recreate. It seems unlikely that the Cesaro Section will make it into the game, but if they do, it’ll be just another cool wrinkle to one of WWE’s most theatrical ring entrances.

Cesaro has become a great showman inside the ring and out: 2K can make him one of the game’s most fun-to-play characters by giving him the whole shebang.
