4. Nikolai Volkoff

Last Appearance: Believe it or not, ex-Bolshevik Nikolai Volkoff was a Legend in 2003's SmackDown: Here Comes The Pain. Back then, it was fun to have Niko team with The Iron Sheik against other heroes of yesteryear like Sgt. Slaughter and Hillbilly Jim.

Why He's Likely: Volkoff passed away aged 70 on 29 July 2018.

It'd be a touching mark of respect and recognition for his years of service to WWE if 2K could find a way to squeeze him onto the on disc roster this year, or even add him in as an unlockable somewhere. DLC might be pushing it unless he's backed up by a raft of other Legends, so it'd be wise to make Volkoff a token character from the start.

Not only that, it'd be classy of WWE to gift his family one last royalty check during a seriously sad time. Nikolai meant a lot to the company when he was around, and he brings some international flavour to boot.
