10 Horror Movie Sequels You Probably Didn't Know Existed

3. Hostel: Part III

As a director, Eli Roth has been no stranger to controversy, from his 2013 cannibal outing, The Green Inferno, his upcoming Ice Cream Man, which is bound to push the limits of violence surrounding children, and of course, the Hostel series.

Hostel Part I and Part II, releasing in 2005 and 2007 respectively, have become rather infamous for their gratuitous violence and torture scenes, not to mention their depiction of Eastern Europe that has unsurprisingly seen them hit with much backlash.

There is actually a third Hostel movie, one that never really gets talked about in the same way as the first two for a couple of reasons. For starters, it is the only one of the trilogy that had no input from Eli Roth, and in what was a huge change for the third and final chapter, the story was moved from a European setting to that of Las Vegas.

However, the main reason this is never talked about is simply because no one knows it exists. Four years after Part II, the "lame third sequel" that Roth promised would never happen released straight-to-DVD, offering absolutely no reason why anyone should actually go out and buy it.
