Oz Perkins is proving himself to be one of the most productive major filmmakers working in the horror space right now, as he follows up the recent likes of Longlegs and The Monkey with Keeper.
Though the particulars are still firmly under wraps, we know that Perkins' latest follows a couple (Tatiana Maslany and Rossif Sutherland) who take a romantic anniversary trip to a secluded cabin, only to find themselves facing off against a malevolent presence residing there.
As with Perkins' two prior films, the marketing is more vibes-based than plot-specific, focusing on the style, tone, and atmosphere while confidently persuading that this is going to be another twisted, ultra-stylish ride from one of the most interesting horror directors working today.
It almost certainly won't be for all tastes, being a Perkins joint and all, but this thing already has cult fave written all over it.
Keeper releases on November 14.
