16. Not Enough Matthew Lillard - Five Nights at Freddy’s 2

Matthew Lillard's performance as villain William Afton was one of the sure highlights of the first Five Nights at Freddy's, and so when he was announced to be returning for the sequel, fans were naturally excited to see more of him.

So what a letdown it was that Lillard appears in the sequel for all of around two minutes in a handful of scarcely consequential moments.

Now in fairness, Lillard at least tried to let fans down gently by telling them ahead of time that he didn't have a huge part in the sequel, but even so, it was fair to assume he'd show up for at least 5-or-so minutes.

Many were also understandably frustrated that, despite his Scream co-star Skeet Ulrich also being cast in the film, the pair didn't get a single scene together. After all, it's not like Five Nights at Freddy's of all things is above fan service.

While there are admittedly many other issues with this dreadfully dull sequel, giving Lillard the floor to ham it up and have fun would've injected it with some much-needed zing.
