8. My Chemical Romance The Black Parade
When I was, a young boy, my father, took me into the city Can you believe it's been an entire decade since My Chemical Romance burst onto the mainstream with The Black Parade? The album released towards the end of the year in October, and spawned several wildly successful singles, including Welcome To The Black Parade, I Don't Love You, Teenagers and Famous Last Words. At the time, Welcome To The Black Parade was one of the most frequently played tracks on the radio. It was one of those rare examples of a song that managed to entice fans and non-fans alike.
