Can we just take a moment and appreciate the fact that Oasis lasted as long as they did? For almost two decades, the lads from Manchester managed to grace us with some of the best music of the Britpop era, along with two classic albums at the very start of the career. We have to appreciate it now, because there's a good chance that this band could have ended after day one.

From the very start of the Oasis empire, Noel and Liam Gallagher could not stand each others' antics, with one single reaching the top of the British charts consisting of nothing but them trading insults at each other.
