Vistas (not to be confused with the Eurovision cult hero Vitas) are also part of the stellar Scottish indie class of 2019. Their brand of indie-pop with a healthy dose of electro have produced some refreshing tunes naturally fitting into many a radio station playlist. Tracks like Tigerblood and Retrospect perfectly encapsulate this, with Calm feeling right at home in any festival set.
Releasing their new EP Hello earlier this year was definitely a sign of things to come. Also teaming up with The Night Café in supporting Circa Waves earlier this year, the Edinburgh three-piece then went on this summer to have impactful sets at Community Festival, Barn on the Farm and Reading & Leeds.
Perhaps the most important part of their summer is their chance to get back into the recording studio, currently putting together their first LP. With an opportunity to show their fans what they have been working on at Neighbourhood Festival in October and their upcoming headline tour, don't be surprised if Vistas are playing in much bigger stages next time around.
