10 MORE Albums From Famous Artists NOT On Streaming Services
4. Talk - Yes
Prog band Yes have shed plenty of members throughout their career, but all seemed well again when legendary keyboardist Rick Wakeman was set to return for this 1994 album. Sadly, contractual conflicts got in the way.
Talk was recorded on an Apple II computer connected to an IBM machine. Sadly, the sound sounded as equally confused about what decade it wanted to be in.
Their only album for then-new indie label Victory Music, the album was a soft commercial success that was derided by critics. Founding member Tony Kaye left the band after the album's tour, along with Trevor Rabin, who had been with the band since their Owner of a Lonely Heart days.
While it is commendable that Yes are one of the longest lasting bands in their genre, it is easier to sweep a dud of an album like this under the rug when it comes to streaming services if you have so many albums. Their 14th of their 21 albums is by no means their most memorable.
