10 Most Underrated AC/DC Songs
6. What Do You Do For Money Honey - Back In Black
Back in Black is one of those few albums that you only get once in a lifetime. Just when you thought that AC/DC was DOA after the loss of Bon Scott, this roar back to life with Brian Johnson is an absolute scorcher from cover to cover. That being said, unfortunately not all of these tracks get treated equally.
Coming right in the thick of the record, What Do You Do For Money Honey is one of those few songs that is able to bridge the gap between both eras of the band. Though a lot of the album's writing was written in response to the passing of their fallen frontman, this just feels like a song that Bon could have easily made were it not for that one drunken stupor. As it is though, Johnson really inhabits his predecessor's role, forcefully commanding the stage as he questions the ways in which his loving flame gets her kicks.
This song is also responsible for one of the greatest solos on the record, as Angus delicately toes the line between outright chaos and tasteful bends without a care in the world. Though people have sung the praises of stuff like the title track and You Shook Me All Night Long for years now, it's time that this track be put alongside its musical older brothers.
