10 Most Underrated Limp Bizkit Songs

6. Full Nelson

Aka The Hurt Lock for all you Bobby Lashley fans out there.

If there's a lesson to be learned from this one, it's that gossiping about Fred Durst might be a bad idea. It appears the Jacksonville headbanger can't help but be consumed by increasingly homicidal tendencies towards rumour-spreaders. Fortunately, this leads to a thrilling, if slightly cringeworthy, track.

At the time of release, 'The Chocolate Starfish and The Hotdog Flavoured Water' (seriously, what kind of an album title is that?) received some flak for seemingly copying some of the group's earlier work. In the case of 'Full Nelson', its similarities to 'Stuck', a song from their first album, are undeniable.

While 'Full Nelson's originality can be called into question because of this, its entertainment value surpasses its inspiration. The breakdown is merciless, featuring every member at their angry, fed-up best. The surprisingly angsty nature of Durst's lyrical complaints serve as a nice counter to the often tongue in cheek, confident style he typically exhibits as well.

All in all, 'Full Nelson' is a big, dumb and incredibly loud member of the group's most (in)famous LP. It's the perfect track for anyone looking to blow off some steam after a rough day at work.

John Cunningham hasn't written a bio just yet, but if they had... it would appear here.
