10 Music Videos That Should Be Movies

What Happens In The Video? At an open-casket funeral for two small children, a young boy and a little girl emerge from their caskets and begin a heck of a dance routine in and around the church, before finally jumping in a hearse and driving away. Fairly ambiguous, but most will agree that it€™s a metaphor for heading into the afterlife. What Would The Film Be About? I would switch the concept around and have the entire film play out around a funeral for whom we don€™t see any corpse or coffin, not fully understanding who it€™s for. Two children walk around, playing with each other and eavesdropping on parents€™ conversations, as we cotton on slowly as to who the people mourning are and what their relationship to the dead person is. The two kids could talk to another child, who€™s the only one to acknowledge their presence. In the end, it would be revealed that the two kids who have been running around the funeral mucking about are actually the ones who the funeral is for (dun dun dun), as they peacefully climb into their caskets and the film ends. Who Should Direct? Short Term 12€™s Destin Daniel Cretton would be a good fit. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2lXD0vv-ds8
