'The Hindu Times' was the band's sixth number one single in the UK. Getting its name from a t-shirt that Noel had found randomly, it was released in mid-April 2002, and was sitting comfortably atop the lot just a week later.
With another successful album and single under its belt, the band appeared to have a resurgence that continued into the mid-noughties.
