Straight Outta Compton released in 2015 to critical acclaim and detailed the spectacular journey of N.W.A and their rise to stardom and notoriety. The film also depicts the group's final moments and isn't shy about pointing fingers at who is responsible for its downfall.

Jerry Heller was unhappy with how he was portrayed in the biopic and filed a lawsuit against the film's director F. Gary Gray, Ice Cube and Dr Dre for defamation of character and claimed that a significant amount of the content was taken from his autobiography without permission.

Suge Knight also took offence to his big screen counterpart, but his discontent with the film was not voiced in a courtroom like Heller's. Instead, Knight apparently made his feelings known directly to Gray, through multiple threatening phone calls and text messages that involved threats relating to his children.

As seems to be par for the course in many incidents supposedly involving Suge, his victim once again developed a case of short-term memory loss. In a grand jury hearing regarding the matter, Gray told the jury that he couldn't remember any details about his interactions with Knight and no charges were pursued.

Craig Pollock hasn't written a bio just yet, but if they had... it would appear here.
